New Reporting Tool for GSCare Managed Service Clients

In May GSC IT Solutions transitioned our GSCare Managed Service customers to a new reporting platform to provide more comprehensive performance data associated with their network equipment, and also better convey our operational performance metrics.  Earlier this year GSC IT Solutions made the decision to partner with BrightGauge as part of our commitment to continuous improvement and transparency.  The Brightguage tool allows us more flexibility to extract data from various aspects of our business to ensure customers are receiving data that is both concise and actionable.  If you have any questions or feedback about the new report format, or the data being provided please don’t hesitate to contact us.  Our MSP team is always looking for feedback in an effort to improve our customer reporting, and ensure we are meeting our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
